Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench-top cutter vertically swingably and longitudinally slidably supporting, with respect to a table, a cutter body comprising a cutting blade on which a material to be cut is placed, the bench-top cutter comprising a dust collection hose which collects cut powder and which is connected to a connection opening of a fixed cover, and liable to be bent to block an internal dust collection passage when an excessive external force is applied thereto, resulting in disabling smooth dust collection, the dust collection hose being aimed to maintain a smooth arrangement of the passage, without allowing the dust collection hose to be bent, to secure the dust collection efficiency.SOLUTION: A dust collection hose 162 is configured to connect a body side connection opening 161 on a cutter body 100 side with a support side connection opening 171 on a body support part 60, smoothly rotatably about respective axis lines. Thereby, the dust collection hose 162 can maintain a smooth passage arrangement to prevent occurrence of bending and/or acute curving even when an excessive external force is applied thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
