PURPOSE: To increase the available modes of a desktop printer such as use as a wall type printer, alteration of its attitude on a desk by so providing front and rear legs independently at three positions of outer tilting leg position, a central standing leg position, and inner tilting leg position.
CONSTITUTION: Front and rear legs 3, 4 provided at the front and rear of a printer body 2 are formed substantially in U shape, a pair of front and rear legs, totally four legs are so mounted on the lower face of a printer body 1 as to be rotatable and fixed to be positioned at a fixed semicircular bracket 5 at both ends. The bracket 5 is so provided at front boss A, central boss B and rear boss C at an interval of 90° on a concentric circle with the axial hole 6 penetrating at the center. When the front leg 3 is engaged with the boss A, the leg is tilted forward. When it is engaged with the boss B, it is stood at the center. When it is engaged with the boss C, it is tilted rearward. Then, the front and rear legs 3, 4 are positioned at any of the three positions to set a printer in various available modes.
