Abstract:

To enable a reader to read a book in a posture that he naturally straightens his back by supporting a panel on which a book is put, by two long stays to adjust the position of the book at the height near his eyes' level.

Pillows 3 are provided at the rear face or both side faces of a panel 1 to support the panel 1 on which a book or the like is put, by two long L-shaped stays 2. Respective stays 2 are inserted in the holes of the pillows 3 to erect the entire body. Stoppers 4 are fitted on these two L-shaped stays 2 when necessary. The panel 1 is vertically moved up and down along respective stays 2 to adjust the position of the book at the height near the level of reader's eyes. In this way, a reader can read a book in a posture that he naturally straightens his back and hence, he does not get tired even in reading for a long time.
