Abstract:
本発明は、デソサミンおよびマイカミノース類似体およびニトロ糖、ならびにそれらの調製方法を提供する。本発明はまた、式（Ａ’）の化合物をグリオキサールで環化して、式（Ｂ）のニトロ糖を得る方法を提供する。式（Ｄ’）の化合物の調製方法であって、ニトロアルコールを環化してニトロ糖を得、ニトロ糖を還元およびアルキル化してデソサミン、マイカミノースまたはその類似体を得ることを含む、前記方法を提供する。
