Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively remove SOX and dust, by providing an adsorbing and dust collecting apparatus for adsorbing harmful components and for removing dust and a bag filter for removing fine dust.
CONSTITUTION: Waste gas exhausted from a combustion equipment 1 of a coal- fired boiler, etc. is introduced into an adsorbing and dust collecting apparatus 3 through a gas exhausting pipe 2. A moving bed of activated carbon medium is formed in the apparatus 3. The waste gas is induced by the second suction fan and is passed through the apparatus 3 at proper speed by controlling the opening of a damper 6. The treated gas discharged from the fan 4 is introduced into a bag filter 11.
