To provide a detachable hook device which can keep spaces, such as an embedding space of a magnet, a strong supporting and accommodating space of a hook part, and an arrangement space of a holding mechanism in an accommodating position, efficiently secured in a pedestal while keeping the overall size of the hook device compact.

The pedestal 3 includes a back face facing a vertically extending wall face WL and a front face opposite to the back face. A supporting hole is formed near the bottom end of the pedestal, rotatably supporting the lower end of a hook part 2 for hooking articles. A locking projection 44 is provided near the upper end of the pedestal, locking the upper end of the hook part. When the upper end of the hook part is locked by a locking part, an accommodating recess 36 for accommodating the hook part is formed on the front face of the pedestal. A setting recess 33 is formed on the back face of the pedestal, and a magnet is attached to a pair of small-diameter inner peripheral faces 33A, 33A positioned in the setting recess between the position where the supporting hole is placed and the position where the locking projection is placed.
