Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable jig for a double row cylindrical roller bearing capable of easily assembling/removing a plurality of cylindrical rollers and a holder to/from an outer ring and improving workability of maintenance of the double row cylindrical roller bearing, and provide an assembly method and removal method of the bearing.SOLUTION: A detachable jig 50 for a double row cylindrical roller bearing includes a ring-shaped jig body 52; and a roller holding member 55 that is formed into an arc shape so as to have a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a flange part 1a of an outer ring 1 and larger than the outer diameter of a holder 4, is fixed to the jig body 52, and holds the holder 4 and a cylindrical roller 3 positioned on an inner diameter side.
