To pull out an electric cord by a desired length in use and store it inside a cord reel main body by a single operation in no use by hooking a substantially central part of the electric cord on a cord hold part and winding the electric cord around in a reel part.

A substantially central part of an electric cord 20 is bent once and is hooked on a cord hold part 19. An electric cord 20 is pulled out through a knotched section of a reel part 4 and two electric cords 20 are wound around the reel part 4 simultaneously clockwise while holding the reel part 4. After winding, the electric cord 20 is pulled out through a knotched section 8 of a case body 2, and a lid part 3 is mounted from above. After a cord reel main body 1 is attached to the electric cord 20, the electric cord 20 which comes out of the cord reel main body 1 is pulled out by a desired length. After an electrical apparatus is used, a plug is pulled out of an outlet, a locking button 10 is operated, and the reel part 4 is rotated to wind the electric cord 20.
