To solve the inconvenience of a physically handicapped person who can ride in a vehicle, in a conventional medium/high-rise multiple dwelling house by integrating the merits of the medium/high-rise house and the merit of a detached house to eliminate the demerit of both houses.

A car elevator or a slope for a vehicle, or both are mounted to a conventional medium/high-rise multiple dwelling house. A parking garage is thereby built in a dwelling unit, and two or more cars can be stored in the dwelling unit 1. The presence of the parking garage in the dwelling unit enables the physically handicapped persons to get out of the vehicle and enter the house at once. Loads from shopping and a number of loads can be easily carried into the house since it is extremely close to the parking garage. Furthermore, there is no anxiety about the theft of the vehicle while getting a fine view.
