Title:
DETECTING AND GUIDING SYSTEMS OF VEHICLE POSITION AT ASPHALT MIXING FACTORY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3802603
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an improvement in safety for loading work and the promotion of efficiency in this loading work achievable by guiding a driver of a carrying car to an adequate loading position at the time of shipping a mixture.
SOLUTION: In the case where the floodlights of four projecting parts P1, P2, P3 and P4 of all photosensors are interrupted, it is so judged that a large- sized car has come in, whereby the floodlights of the projecting parts P2 and P4 are interrupted, and when any floodlights out of the projecting parts P2 and P4 are in a state of being received to both light receiving parts P2R and P4R, these signals are fed to a relay or sequencer, etc., whereby it is so judged that a medium-sized or small car has come in. In addition, ultrasonic waves emitted out of both ultrasonic sensors U1 and U2 are reflected to a carrying car and its received time is converted into a distance, thereby outputting it. These output signals are electrically processed by the relay or sequencer, etc., and thus adequate guidance to the detection of the carrying car and to its driver by unmanned operation with an information transfer means 6 for guiding the car to a proper stopping position is carried out in this way.
