Abstract:
To provide a detecting method of run-out of a rod body, even if the rod body is rotated at a high speed, surely and optically detecting the core deflection.
The presence/absence of the run-out of the rod body is determined by comparing the diameter ROPT of the rod body found from a ratio of a whole light receiving amount of a line sensor changed according to the presence/absence of the rod body or the diameter RREF of the rod body found by previously analyzing the output of the line sensor with the rod body non-deflected, with the diameter RCCD of the rod body found by analyzing the output of the line sensor when the rod body rotates at a high speed.
