Title:
DETECTING SENSOR OF MAGNETIC VARIABLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005172687
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To select arbitrarily an angle of a sensor setting stripe 6 to girth of a sensor body in low cost.

A detecting sensor of magnetic variables is composed from a sensor body outputting detected signals for detecting rotating speed of a detected object B through a cable 4 and a metal plate made sensor setting stripe 6 protruding from the sensor body into its flank, wherein the aforementioned sensor body is a wheel speed sensor P where junction of the aforementioned cable 4 is coated by resin mold. In the resin mold coating 5, the sensor setting strip 6 which is penetrated by the cable 4 is fixed to the sensor body with insert molding of its proximal. Concavity 13 is formed around the penetration hole 12 to do whirl stop. When the penetration hole 12 is an open mouth 14 at the edge of sensor setting stripes 6, the cable 4 can be inserted into the penetration hole 12 from the open mouth 14 resulting in easy operation.
