To improve an in-plane type FAIMS.SOLUTION: A detection cell 20 includes: a first electrode 21 and a second electrode 22 that are disposed oppositely and between which a measurement object is introduced along a flow direction; a detection electrode 26 that is arranged in front of a flow direction relative to the first electrode 21; a first substrate 23 for supporting at least the first electrode 21 and the detection electrode 26; and a coating layer 25 for covering a surface of the first electrode 21 and the second electrode 22 and having surface tension lower than water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
