Title:
DETECTION OF METAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62261942
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently detect metal by using a specific regenerated equoline.

CONSTITUTION: The equoline equiv. to the natural equoline is regenerated by generating the enzyme (apoequoline) of the equoline by using equoline cDNA by biosynthesis and adding a selenium terazine which is a substrate. A sample is injected into such regenerated equoline and is transferred into a reaction cell of a photoelectric tube measuring instrument; further a measuring sample is injected therein and the quantity of the emitted light is measured. The equoline generated by the coliform bacilli by using a recombinant DNA technique is used according to the above-mentioned method and therefore, the equoline is always available and the detection of the metal is easily and economically executed.
