PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of specifically detecting eosinophil existing in bio-tissue, an assay with high specificity to diagnose diseases that eosinophil infiltrates in a tissue, and a device necessary for the detection and the assay.SOLUTION: Eosinophil existing in a tissue is detected by detecting eosinophil peroxidase specifically existing in eosinophil by using resonance Raman spectroscopy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
