Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection system of accident power outage and distribution facility fault in which detection of accident power outage of a distribution line or power outage on the downstream side of a distribution line transformer can be understood accurately.SOLUTION: A detection system of accident power outage and distribution facility fault has smart meters 8-10, i.e., power meters, installed for respective consumers 5-7 so as to measure the power usage of respective consumers, and a computer 14 for receiving the electric energy data representing the power usage measured by the smart meters 8-10 every predetermined time and transmitted via communication means 13, and for performing predetermined processing thereof. Upon elapsing the predetermined time, the computer 14 extracts the electric energy data not yet updated, and specifies the smart meters 8-10 not yet updated, thus determining that the power supply of the smart meters 8-10 has been lost.
