Abstract:
To provide a detection system that accurately detects a leaking position of a target liquid even if an appropriate one threshold cannot be set.SOLUTION: A detection system 100 comprises: a detection cable 1 that changes in impedance due to permeation of a target liquid; a pulse input unit 29; a counter 31; and a position detector 37. The pulse input unit 29 inputs a pulse signal to a connector terminal 15, which is one end of a detection cable 1. For each of a plurality of thresholds, the counter 31 measures a detection time T2 taken for a voltage value of a connector terminal 15 decreases below this threshold after a pulse signal is input to the connector terminal 15 of the detection cable 1. Based on a first detection time T3 corresponding to the smallest threshold at which the detection time T2 falls within a predetermined detection range among the plurality of thresholds, the position detection unit 37 detects a position of permeation of the target liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
