Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect a target substance in high sensitivity without causing B/F separation by reacting a specimen with plural reagents containing pyrylium(- analog) compound constituting a reaction system varying by a mutual action interposing the target substance and determining the change of the reaction system.
CONSTITUTION: A target substance in a specimen is detected in high sensitivity without causing B/F separation by reacting a specimen with two kinds of reagents containing a pyrylium compound, a pyrylium-analog compound, etc. constituting a reaction system varying by a mutual action interposing the target substance and expressed by formula I {the ring is a heterocycllc group expressed by formula II (X is 0, S2 Se or Te), pyrylium ring or pyrylium-analog ring; R1 and R2 each is H, a halogen, a sulfonate, amino, styryl, nitro, OH, COOH, cyano, a (substituted)alkyl, a (substituted)aryl, etc.; R3 is A [A is a (substituted) aryl or CH=R5 (R5 is a heterocyclic group, a cycloalkyl, an aromatic ring, etc.)] or L-A (L is CH=CH, an arylene, an ankylene, etc.)} and determining the change of the reaction system.
