Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the detection possible with the use of a simple construction by subjecting the pulses of a pulse transmitter, which is mounted to a speed detecting roller, to frequency conversion and by detecting whether or not the resultant pulses are coincident with the frequency of a pulse transmitter which is mounted to a take-up machine.
