Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and semi-quantitatively measure a substance to be detected with satisfactory sensitivity, without requiring special equipment and materials or the like.
SOLUTION: In this detector for generating an immune complex containing the substance to be detected, a labelled reagent and a second reagent having biologically specific affinity activity to the first reagent, when the substance to be detected exists in a liquid sample, a plurality of first reagents different each other are immobilized with a space in a detecting area, the second reagent has the biologically specific affinity activity to only one out of the plurality of first reagents different each other, and respective existing ratios of the plurality of first reagents different each other are set to be different each other.
