Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for passing objects which can shorten one scan time, raise response speed, increase the number of light axis and enlarge the detection area.
SOLUTION: A unit 21 is arranged linearly in the order of light projection part 22, light reception part 23, light projection part 24 and light reception part 25, and a unit 26 is arranged linearly in the order of light reception part 27, light projection part 28 and light reception part 29 and light projection part 30. Besides, it is so constituted that the light projection timing of each light projection element 22a to 22d, 28a to 28d, 24a to 24d and 30a to 30d are shafted in turn, and that the light receiving timing of each photodetector 27a to 27d, 23a to 23d, 29a to 29d and 25a to 25d are shifted in turn. Mutual interference effect by simultaneously projected lights from each projection part 22, 28, 24 and 30 is suppressed. By reducing the number of light axis per one light projection part and one light reception part by this, one scan time can be shortened.
