Title:
DETECTOR FOR RATIO OF MIXED LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55109919
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the precision of mixed-liquid ratio detection while eliminating a loss time by providing a detection part of the ratio of mixed liquids near an outlet and then by arranging a detection circuit, which generates a voltage in proportion to a resistance value, between detection electrodes.

CONSTITUTION: Inside of two-liquid mixer 1, leading-in holes 1a which lead two liquids of resin-based adhesives, at least either of which is conductive, into mixer 1 and square-thread mixing axis 3 are provided and two liquids are stirred into a mixed liquid, which is discharged from outlet 2b by way of inflow passage 2a. Mixture ratio detection part 4, consisting of detection electrodes 5 and 6 opposing nearly at right angles, announces an improper blending ratio through lamps 14 and buzzer 15 of detector 7 by utilizing that the resistance value of the mixture of liquids between detection electrodes 5 and 6 reaches a value equivalent to the blend ratio of the mixture of liquids, thereby causing action on a proper value. Since there is no loss time, materials can be saved.
