Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately and surely detect generation of spray defect due to foams mixed in a pipeline by providing a pressure sensor to a duct for feeding liquid to a spray nozzle in a liquid spray equipment and indirectly sensing pressure fluctuation in the pipeline.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor 5 is provided to a duct 4 for feeding liquid to a spray nozzle 1 in a liquid spray equipment. In other words, generation of spray defect due to foams mixed in can be detected accurately and surely by indirectly detecting pressure fluctuation in a pipeline without causing a trouble which is generated in the case of directly sensing spray mist heretofore.
