Title:
DETECTOR OF UNBALANCE MASS OF OIL IN ROTOR, ROTOR EQUIPPED WITH SUCH DEVICE AND MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH SUCH ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005121011
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a device for detecting presence of unbalanced mass of oil in a shaft line, a turbine, a compressor or a rotor of a machine such as a turbo machine before generating vibrations posing risk of damage to a rotor or another part of the machine due to the unbalanced mass.

A device for detecting an unbalanced mass of oil in a rotor 2 of a machine is equipped with a means for entraining oil 100 existing in the rotor 2 by rotation so as to make the oil rotating speed substantially the same as the rotating speed of the rotor.
