Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve building-in ability by previously assembling an inner shift slider and an outer shift slider while interposing one spring, for constituting the detect mechanism of an ahead/astern changeover clutch in a marine propulsive machine.
CONSTITUTION: When a clutch mechanism for rotating a propeller shaft 9 normally or reversely by sliding a clutch gear 30 ahead or astern is built in, an outer shift slider 33 and an inner shift slider 34 are partially assembled while previously interposing a spring 37. The clutch gear 30 is spline-fitted to the propeller shaft 9, and the clutch gear 30 is positioned in the neutral position by means of stopper balls 31. Next, partially assembled the outer shift slider 33 and inner shift slider 34 are fitted into the cylinder part 9a of the propeller shaft 9 from the front side, long holes 33e, 36b are conformed to the long hole 9b of the propeller shaft 9 and the circular hole 30c of the clutch hear 30, and a clutch shifter pin 38 is made to penetrate throught it and supported by a coil 39.
