Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a detergent compsn. for an air filter having such an excellent detergent performance as to enable an air filter to be cleaned, regenerated and reused, by using a specific substance.
CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises a surfactant (e.g. polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether), which is pref. a nonionic surfactant. If necessary, the compsn. may further comprise a chelating agent (e.g. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, tripolyphosphoric acid, sodium 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonate, or the like), and may still further comprise an alkali (e.g. Na2CO3, monoethanolamine, sodium metasilicate or the like).
