Abstract:

To provide a detergent composition for clothing, that contains clay minerals, and can give an excellent flexibility to such materials to be washed as textile products, etc. coincidently with their washing.

The detergent composition for clothing comprises (a) 5-30 mass% clay mineral, (b) 0.0001-3 mass% 1-4C carboxylic acid and/or its salt, (c) 5-30 mass% anionic surfactant, (d) 0.1-12 mass% nonionic surfactant, and (e) 5-40 mass% alkali metal carbonate comprised of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, wherein, a mass ratio of sodium carbonate/potassium carbonate is from 10/0 to 4/6.
