This composition comprises 1-40wt.% amido group two-chain dipolar group anionic surfactant represented by formula I (wherein R is a 1-24C alkyl or an alkenyl; A is hydroxyl or a 1-6C alkylene; and Y is carboxyl, sulfone or the like) and 1-40wt.% amidoether carboxylate represented by formula II (wherein n and m are each 0-20; 1≤n+m≤20; Z is formula III or IV (wherein k and j are each 0-20; 0≤k+j≤20, H or a 1-3C alkyl; and M is an alkali metal or the like). The composition further formulates 0.5-5wt.% amidoether represented by formula V (wherein D is formula VI, H or a 1-3C alkyl; and R, n, m, k and j are as defined in formula II) and 0.5-20wt.% glycerol or glycerol ether represented by formula VII [wherein R is H, -(CH2CH2O)pCH2COOM or the like; p and q are each 1-20].
