To provide a detergent composition which can effectively remove stains difficult to remove by ordinary cleaning in washing treatment, such as stains derived from blood dirt.

This composition contains (a) 10-40 wt.% surfactant containing a linear alkylbenzenesulfonate and/or a linear alkylsulfate, (b) 0.3-7 wt.% component comprising a polycarboxylic acid polymer or its salt and/or an amino acid-derived chelating agent, and (c) 0.02-5 wt.% enzyme comprising at least two kinds of protease different in their bacterial origins and lipase.
