Abstract:

To provide a dirt releasing agent capable of imparting good dirt-releasing effect to textile fiber products, especially hydrophobic ones, and to provide a detergent composition containing the same.

The dirt releasing agent comprises a polymeric compound having the constitutive units(A) and (B) described below. The detergent composition containing the same is also provided. (A) At least one kind of constitutive units of the respective general formulas(1-a) to (1-d) (wherein, R1is a 1-10C alkyl or 7-10C aralkyl; R2is H, a 1-10C alkyl or 7-10C aralkyl; Z-is an anion; R3is H, a 1-10C alkyl or 7-10C aralkyl). (B) The constitutive unit of the general formula(2).
