Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition giving mild moisture to cleaned skin and generating rich and creamy foam during cleaning by using an anionic surfactant, a specific fatty acid lactic acid ester, etc., and a superfatting agent at specific ratios.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains (A) 20-99.4% one or more anionic surfactants and (B) 0.1-5.0% fatty acid lactic acid ester, fatty acid glycolic acid ester or its salt expressed by formula I [R1 and R3 are 4-18C alkyl; X is H, alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, ammonium, alkanolammonium or lower alkylammonium; average of (n)is l-5] or formula 11 (RCO is 6-22C fatty acid acyl; A is CH3 or H; P is integer of l-3).
