Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition which is stable, deposits a fabric care agent efficiently, and provides superior cleaning and fabric care effects.SOLUTION: A detergent composition contains: 0.01 to 10 wt.% of a fabric care benefit agent such as an organosilicone, a polyolefin dispersion, a polymer latex and a microencapsulated fabric care active, through a laundering operation; 0.0001 to 10 wt.% of a deposition polymer selected for improved deposition on fabrics; and 1 to 25 wt.% of a detersive surfactant; 0.0001 to 20 wt.% of a laundry adjunct. The deposition polymer is a non-polysaccharide polymer comprising one or more cationic monomers and one or more nonionic monomers. The composition may contain a cellulase enzyme as necessary.
