Abstract:
To provide a detergent for an electronic component, comprising an alkanol amine having a low metal content.
The detergent for the electronic component comprises the alkanol amine having ≤50 ppb iron content. The detergent for the electronic component is highly useful and has advantage of being easily produced by a simple improvement of an existing alkanol amine-producing installation, because the detergent for the electronic part comprises the high-purity alkanol amine.
