Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject detergent capable of rapidly cleaning the interior of a liquor handling apparatus due to efficient removal of scale on the inside of the liquor handing apparatus by dissolving a permanganate and a hydrogen- ion supplying agent in water.
SOLUTION: This detergent for a liquor handling apparatus comprises an aqueous solution containing (A) a permanganate such as sodium permanganate, ammonium permanganate or calcium permanganate and (B) a hydrogen ion supplying agent such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid or sulfamic acid and is prepared, for example, to have ≥10mol/L concentration of the component A and to make the component B supply hydrogen of ≥8 times as much as the component A by the molar ratio.
