Abstract:
To obtain a detergent having the same performance of peeling and dissolving a fluorescent coated film as that of a hydrofluoric acid solution, and safe and mild to the environment.
This detergent for peeling and dissolving the fluorescent coated film contains an organic polysulfonic acid compound and an alkali metal hydroxide. In other embodiments, the detergent for peeling and dissolving the fluorescent coated film contains an alkali metal salt of an organic acid besides them, or contains at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a fluorine- based surfactant and a nonionic surfactant besides them.
