Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of executing adequate deterioration diagnosis even for a large belt conveyer frame such as a charging belt conveyer frame of a blast furnace.
SOLUTION: This deterioration diagnosis method for a conveyer frame includes a step for applying impact force to the conveyer frame 11 by stopping the conveyer in operation to measure the temporal waveform of vibration strength of the conveyer frame by the applied impact, a step 24 for finding the natural vibration frequency of the conveyer frame, a step 25 for calculating the maximum stress value applied to the conveyer frame or the like, and a step for diagnosing the degree 26 of deterioration of the conveyer frame from the calculated maximum stress.
