Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a deterioration preventive containing an extract of leaves of Nandina domestica as an essential component and efficiently preventing the deterioration of perfumary caused with light and heat, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective preventive contains an extract of leaves of Nandina domestica. The extract is preferably extracted with water and/or a polar organic solvent and obtained by, e.g. adding water or water-containing alcohol in an amount of 5-20wt. times to pulverized leaves of Nandina domestica, extracting with stirring at 30-80°C for 1-20hr, purifying and condensing the resultant extracted solution in turn. Using amount of the extract of leaves of Nandina domestica is usually 0.01-1wt.% to perfumary.
