Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for detecting a substance having hydrolase activity and capable of quickly detecting the analytic object in high sensitivity at a low concentration using a small volume of the specimen.
CONSTITUTION: For detecting a substance having hydrolase activity in a specimen, the specimen is brought into contact with an indicator enzyme capable of forming a covalent bond with an insoluble carrier substance and solubilizing the substance by the hydrolase activity, the indicator enzyme cleaved by the above process is separated and the enzymatic activity of the enzyme is determine to detect the substance having hydrolase activity in the specimen.
