Abstract:

To provide an in-line device or system that can determine the vapor pressure of fluid in a measuring instrument assembly in a continuous and real-time manner under process conditions.SOLUTION: A vibratory measuring instrument for determining the vapor pressure of fluid is provided. The vibratory measuring instrument includes a measuring instrument assembly having fluid and a measuring instrument electronic apparatus communicatively coupled to the measuring instrument assembly. The vibratory measuring instrument is configured to determine the vapor pressure of the fluid in the measuring instrument assembly based on the static pressure of the fluid within the measuring instrument assembly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
