Abstract:
The device has a strand guide (4), whose deflectors are positioned with respect to a rotating conduit (2) to receive a section of a strand (1) in a rotation plane of the conduit. The deflectors define an elongated inner spacing to disengage a slot between the deflectors. The slot has an inlet orifice and a projection orifice through which the strand section passes. The deflectors are arranged such that gap between the deflectors is progressively reduced to make each deflector to move close to the projection orifice by making an angle, which is between three to seven degree.
