PURPOSE: To install a fixed station type receiver at an optimum reception position where the intensity of the received electric field of a receiver for level detection is maximum at a remote position by determining the optimum reception position.
CONSTITUTION: The receiver 4 for level detection receives a radio signal from a transmitter at a front end 8, and a level detection part 9 detects level information showing the intensity of the received electric field. The level information consisting of an analog signal outputted from the detection part 9 is converted by an A/D conversion part 10 into a digital signal, which is sent out of a transmission part 11 as a radio signal. This radio signal is received by the front end 12 of a receiver 6 for level display and then reconverted into the original level information by a ts level information showing the intensity of the received elfore, an operator takes a measurement where there is no influence upon the measurement to find the intensity of the received electric field accurately.
