To provide a detonator of high reliability for detonating powder and a weapon.
This detonator for detonating powder and a weapon having high reliability is achieved by using a micro mechanical device operated to interrupt a bypass circuit of comparatively low impedance connected with a trigger mechanism of comparatively high impedance in parallel. Electric circumvention is executed as the result of the movement of the micro mechanical device to permit the detonation under a specific condition. An electric bypass is removed by breaking at least one electric bridge of low impedance as a part of the bypass circuit when the micro mechanical device receives specific trigger energy as generally-high power such that generated during a shot and an impact shock. Further a micro electric mechanical system (MEMS) can be applied as the micro mechanical device, and the bridge is at least one spring as a part of the MEMS device and a part of the bypass circuit.
