Abstract:
To provide a high quality developer carrier which has an excellent charge imparting property in a high temperature and high humidity environment and can reduce occurrence of a ghost image after being left in the high temperature and high humidity environment, and to provide a high quality electrophotographic process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus by using the developer carrier.
The developer carrier includes a surface layer containing a copolymer which contains a pyridinium group and a tertiary amino group, and polyurethane.
