Driving transmitting means 23, 24, 27, 28, 29 and 32 which transmit driving so as to give unsealing force for taking up the seal member 21 of the developer storage container 16 transmit the driving to a stirring member 20 for stirring developer after unsealing operation for the seal member is finished.
