To provide a developing device configured to prevent interference with circulation of developer through an opening formed on a partition wall between a developer storage chamber and a developing chamber, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic image forming device.
A developing device 4 includes a developer carrier 17, a developing chamber 18b, a developer storage chamber 18a, a partition wall 18d with an opening 18c, a rotation shaft 22, a conveyance member 23, a flexible receiving member 25 which receives dropping developer; and a projection 30 which protrudes from the partition wall 18d on the downstream side of the opening 18c toward the inside of the developer storage chamber 18a. The receiving member 25 is configured to move in sliding contact with an internal surface Wa of the developer storage chamber 18a on the upstream side of the opening 18c and the projection 30 simultaneously, in a part of a rotation period of the rotation shaft 22 when the rotation shaft 22 is rotated.
