A partitioning member 13d for partitioning between a first conveying path by a first conveying member 13b1 and a second conveying path by a second conveying member 13b2 is disposed in a position facing the developer carrier 13a. Then, the partitioning member 13d is covered with a sheet-like member 13m which travels in a predetermined direction to guide the developer separated from the developer carrier 13a to the second conveying path.
