Abstract:
To provide a developing device in which blowing out of developer can be surely prevented by not producing any gap in between a blowing out preventing sheet and both end parts of a developing sleeve in the longitudinal direction.
The distance from a corner of an attaching surface 13c of the blowing out preventing sheet 16 to the developing sleeve 5 is made smaller on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the blowing out preventing sheet 16 than that at a middle part. Thus, no gap is produced in between the blowing out preventing sheet 16 and the developing sleeve 5 in both ends parts of the blowing out preventing sheet 16.
