Abstract:
To provide a developing roll increasing development periods of toner conveying property and toner filming resistance.
A base rubber layer 2, an intermediate layer 3, and an outermost layer 4 are formed in order on an outer periphery of a shaft body 1, and the outermost layer 4 is roughened as the surface of the intermediate layer 3 is roughened. Then the outermost layer 4 is formed of a material consisting principally of silicone graft denatured urethane, and the outermost layer 4 is characterized in that the elasticity modulus regulated by JIS K6251 is set to 500 to 3,000 MPa and the product of break tensile stress (unit: MPa) regulated by JIS K6,251 and the cut extension (unit: %) is set to 500.
