To provide a fuel for diesel engine heavy industrial machines, inexpensive, easily used and popularized, reduced in problems on exhaust gas during combustion, mild to the environment without impairing health and giving less load for machines and a new fuel for heavy industrial machines similar to a light oil but having priority over the light oil.
A-grlede fuel oil having combustibility and horsepower is used as a base oil, through the A grade fuel oil has problems that it produces much exhaust smoke during combustion and causes machine corrosion by sulfur components and blocking of machine by included impurities and water, and generation of emulsion and causes of machine blocking are removed by mixing the A grade fuel oil and kerosene and adding a small amount of lower alcohols.
