Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically replenish water when the concn. of a processing liquid increases and to wash a guide roller by utilizing the water for replenishment.
CONSTITUTION: A partition 26 is provided between one processing tank 22 and another processing tank 24 and a rack 18 is provided above this partition. A turn guide 25 is provided in the lower part of this rack 18. On the other hand, a nozzle 12 for allowing the replenishing water to flow out is provided above the rack 18. The replenishing water 102 flowing out of the nozzle 12 is poured through an aperture 25a onto the guide roller 30, etc. As a result, the crystals, etc., generated on the guide roller 30 are washed away. The replenishing of the water is executed while a film 100 is not in contact with the guide roller 30.
